Flight to Santiago, Chili
By car/SUV: Santiago – Patagonia, Cerro Catedral
By car/SUV: Atacama Desert. Climb Ojos del Salado (6,893 m) – the highest active volcano in the world
Flight: Santiago – Quito, Ecuador
Climb Andean volcanoes – Latacunga. Volcano Cotopaxi (5897m) the active stratovolcano in the Andes Mountains. Volcano Mount Chimborazo (6310m) the highest point on Earth (if you measure from the center)
Also hike the Amazon, see cloud forest, and enjoy a tropical beach – all on the same trip.
Flight: Quito – Galapagos – Quito
Diving and snorkeling, tropical beaches, animals, and all that in Galapagos
