Our girl team with only one man – our guide Yann

In Russia 8th of March is a very nice and favourite holiday. This is a Women Day! For people it has nothing to do with politics. It is just the day when men congratulate women. All women, girlfriends, wives, mothers, sisters, colleagues. A lot of flowers, smiles and love… nice! So, how to celebrate the Women Day in Switzerland? Of cause by going on a ski tour!

And that was a real WOMEN day! Only girls in the group! Our guide Yann (Yann Nussbaumer) organized a very nice trip for us—around mountain called Jallouvre. We climbed 3 passes and did the circular trip Pic de Jallouvre: Tour du Jallouvre. The start was in the village Le Chinaillon. From Le Chinaillon – Samance (1370) m we came to the shoulder of l’Aiguille Verte and traversed Col de l’Aiguille Verte (1900m). Then descended to the Lake de Lessy (1950m). There are several small houses there, Refuge de Lessy. Then we traversed the pass Sosay (Col de Sosay). And finally climbed the pass Rasoir (2260m) (Col du Rasoir), traversed Combe du Rasoir, and descended to the Col de la Colombière.

Very nice and sunny day in a good company. What else you can wish?
